What we provide

All materials for you and your guests to create a Gallery– selected or custom painting including:

  • 16×20″ stretched canvases
  • Easels
  • Paint and paint brushes
  • Plastic table coverings
  • Aprons
  • Cups for water and plates for paint
  • 2-3 hours of guided steps from artist
  • Optional headset mic and speaker for artist to relay instruction (No additional charge. Suggested for noisy environments and larger parties).
  • 1 hour of set up prior to start time and 1 hour of break down after instruction by artist

What you provide

  • A spacious home, office, or venue area
  • Tables and chairs
  • Water to fill cups for brushes
  • Food, drinks, music or anything else you’d like to provide for your guests to have a rockin’ good time!

What’s the latest I can book a private party?

You must book at least two weeks in advance of your chosen date. This gives the artist (and you!) time to prepare for the party.

When is payment due?

A $50 deposit is required upon booking to reserve your date. PLEASE NOTE: Your date will not be reserved until this deposit is paid! Remaining  payment must be made before or on the day of your paint party, before set-up can begin. At this time a final guest count is required, and entire payment must be made.

What is your refund/ cancellation policy?

If private party cancellation is made at least 48 hours before your chosen date, a full refund will be granted, including deposit. If the cancellation is made less than 48 hours before your chosen date, $50 deposit will be retained and all remaining payment will be refunded.

What forms of payment do you accept?

At time of booking, an invoice for your private party will be sent via email through Paypal. This can be paid with a debit/credit card or a PayPal account online. A minimum of $50 is required to be paid at this time in order to reserve your date. Remaining balance can be paid online with debit/credit card or PayPal or in-person prior to the party set up with cash or debit/credit card. No personal checks, please.

How long does a private party last?

The actual paint time should take about two to three hours, depending on the complexity of the painting. In addition, the artist will be there an hour in advance to set up, then an hour afterward to pack up. For larger parties (15+) artist may need more time to set up. When booking your time, please select the time you want your guests to start painting. The artist will be there an hour prior to that time to set up. We suggest having your guests arrive 30-60 min. early so they will be ready to paint at the selected time!

Can I have my party outdoors?

Certainly! But it is your responsibility to check the forecast and provide ample covering if there is even a slight possibility of rain. We reserve the right to cancel a private party if the weather puts our materials and equipment at risk for getting damaged.

How much table space do I need?

When figuring how much space you need for your guests, estimate that each guest will need about a 3-4 foot wide table space for their easel, canvas, napkins, and paints. The more space your guests have, the better! 

Do you provide floor protection?

Although we provide light plastic table coverings, we do not provide floor protection. We recommend you spread out plastic floor coverings and set your tables and chairs up over hardwood, laminate, concrete, or tile. Carpet is not recommended! We are not responsible for any damage to your floor! Acrylic typically wipes off non-porous services easily but will likely stain carpet or other porous surfaces.
